Refund Policy

Free Trial
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Subscription Payments
After the trial period, subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- You retain access to all features until the period ends
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues preventing use of the Service
- Accidental duplicate payments
- Charges made after a cancellation request
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@gymgo.io with:
- Your account email
- The charge date and amount
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Partial month usage after trial
- Downgrade price differences
- Charges older than 14 days
