GymGo is a SaaS platform for gym and fitness business management. The Service includes member management, class scheduling, payment tracking, AI-powered routine generation, and communication tools.

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Ensuring the accuracy of information provided - Compliance with applicable laws regarding data you input

You agree not to: - Use the Service for illegal purposes - Attempt to gain unauthorized access - Interfere with the Service's operation - Upload malicious content - Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

GymGo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GymGo and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

GymGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
